Your mission Responsibilities in consulting: · Align with partners, project management, and customers on product options, outcomes, and decisions - Partner with Sales to identify high-level business value and functional requirements as part of opportunity qualification - Demonstrate product functionality and capabilities onsite and in remote sessions for existing customers, partners, and prospects - Create and deliver detailed use-case presentations in combination with product demonstrations - Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers by selling outcomes and experience—not just features - Coordinate customer evaluations with a clear focus on business impact - Draft responses to RFIs/RFPs and support proposal creation in collaboration with Sales and technical teams - Coordinate and deliver proof-of-concepts, demonstrating tailored capabilities and functionality onsite and remotely - Together with Sales and Delivery, run transition briefings to communicate commitments, expectations, and next steps in preparation for deployment Leadership responsibilities: In addition to the responsibilities above, the Leading Presales Consultant leads a team of Presales Consultants supp...
