Job description
- You will drive the Swedish people-agenda for the entire employment cycle; including contracts, bonus calculations and provide input to the payroll department. - Act as a trusted sparring partner to retail management, translating business goals into HR initiatives. - Analyze HR key figures and derive recommendations for action. - P rovide expert advice on labor law, union negotiations and employee relations to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, dismissals and conflict mediation . - C ontract management, working time regulations and health and safety requirements . - Facilitate workshops and training sessions for store managers and retail teams. - Provide support in performance management, succession planning and talent development. - To strengthen engagement and employee retention, you will drive cultural and change initiatives. What you bring to the table - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within H R - Experience from retail, hospitality or other service industry is an advantage - Bachelor ’s or Master’s degree in H R or a related field - P roven experience with Swedish labor law and e...
