Conduct assessments of motor, visual-motor, and sensory-motor skills for students referred for special education evaluation to help determine eligibility for services. Participate in the IEP/Section 504 process, providing input on assessment measures, intervention strategies, and student progress. Collaborate as a member of the special education team to deliver comprehensive services to students with disabilities. Consult with teachers, school administrators, parents, and relevant stakeholders regarding students’ physical, motor, and sensory development. Work closely with teachers to integrate occupational therapy goals into the classroom environment and support classroom objectives through therapy programs.
