HealthPartners is hiring an HR Operations Project Process Analyst. This position is responsible for the support and development of projects and processes within HR Operations, specifically supporting the HR Service Center and HR Compliance Center of Excellence. This position assists leadership in planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively. It supports process standardization within a shared services model, including documentation, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives. The role also facilitates communication across HR Operations and escalates issues or discrepancies to leadership and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday, working between our Bloomington and St. Louis Park locations. Schedule and onsite days may be subject to change based on business and team needs. ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Responsible for establishing and maintaining centralized knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms) to house HR Operations information, communications, and updates for stakeholders including HR Service Center, Compliance, HR Technology, IT, Payroll, and HR colleagues. - Supports development an...
