Position PC Support Technician Hourly: $19.86 Full-Time + Shift Differential – Negotiable Location: Gaming Division Reports to : IT Manager *Posted from 5/8/26 - 5/13/26* Responsibilities : - Provide internal computer-related support and technical assistance to staff. - Ensure reliability and punctuality in attendance. - Adhere to the approved departmental uniform and maintain a professional appearance. - Follow all established rules, regulations, and policies of the Casino and IT Department. - Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support. - Install and configure computer hardware, including personal computers, printers, network cards, hard disks, memory, and optical drives. - Install and configure operating systems and application software, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and departmental-specific software. - Prepare handout materials, ensuring all documentation is reviewed by a supervisor before distribution. - Troubleshoot functional and technical problems with user-related applications. - Assist in maintaining computer-related procedure manuals. - Maintain an inventory listing of hardware and software. - Document support activities in accordance wi...
