LSI Diesel Mechanic - 25001999 Description Scope: The position of Diesel Mechanic is accountable for maintenance and repair of mobile nitrogen pumpers and related cryogenic equipment to operate in a safe and reliable manor. Equipment will include Diesel/Gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, cryogenic trailers and pumps, tractor units, pick-up trucks, and safety relief systems, among others. Responsibilities: - Perform routine preventative maintenance in the shop or field while being able to respond, diagnose, and repair unplanned mechanical events. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in compliance with the manufacturer or LSI specifications/recommendations. - Provide ongoing and effective communication with supervisors/managers and field technicians while documenting maintenance or repairs. - Complete required documentation, handwritten and electronic, as required for the position. - Follow LSI’s industry leading safety culture. - Maintain equipment compliance as per equipment bulletins and alerts - Other functions as directed by your supervisor.
