JOB SUMMARY: Salary range: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, plus bonus potential. Application deadline: April 6, 2026. Holland is seeking an experienced and goal-oriented maintenance professional to join our property maintenance team to provide an elevated living experience, as Assistant Maintenance Manager to our current and future residents, at our multi-site community, The Sabine and Rosewind in Denver, Colorado.The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however, should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Ensure that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards. Ensure that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Assistant Maintenance Managers will spend 90 -95 percent of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work.
