What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll be out in the field applying lawn and landscape treatments, making sure everything is done on time and to a high standard. You’ll also help identify and treat lawn issues, keeping our clients’ properties healthy, green, and looking their best. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll learn a lot and have real opportunities to grow with us. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who: - Has at least 3 years of experience in lawn care - Understands lawn maintenance and treatment practices - Manages time well and stays organized throughout the day - Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving efficiently - Works well independently with minimal supervision Bonus points if you have: - A degree in Turf Management - A current Massachusetts Applicator’s License You’ll also need: - A valid Massachusetts driver’s lice...
