Responsibilities: Participate in and continuously improve on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Monitor safety of all processes in the extrusion department Responsible for the reliability and operation of polyester drying equipment Responsible for troubleshooting of extrusion process and related equipment Serve as the extrusion process expert, with a consistent focus on improving productivity Provides coaching to mechanics, operators, and supervisors around safety, process, and productivity Drives root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures for off quality fiber and customer complaints Participates in customer feedback calls and customer visits Monitors running conditions of extrusion as needed to ensure the production of a first quality product Monitor...
