The Transformation Division plays a central role in supporting the University of Wollongong’s Strategic Plan 2030 and broader sustainability objectives. As the University undertakes a significant program of transformation, the Division provides coordinated program support, change management expertise, process improvement capability and benefits realisation frameworks. Its work strengthens organisational readiness, promotes consistent approaches and ensures that changes are embedded effectively across faculties and divisions.
