Compensation Range $29.30 - $38.10 Job Description Summary: Operate construction equipment for routine maintenance and reconstruction tasks on county gravel roads in the Keenesburg area. This position will report directly to Keenesburg. The ideal candidate will have a CDL A with motor grader operator experience. Job Description: Field Work - 80%: Must be proficient in the operation of a motor grader and have a good working knowledge of a wide variety of heavy equipment used in gravel road maintenance and snow removal. Operate heavy and light construction or road maintenance equipment. Must have a thorough knowledge of gravel road maintenance procedures. Must be able to perform work without direction or immediate supervision and follow detailed instruction to aid in the efficient and effective completion of the project or assigned task. Must perform work in a courteous and safe manner. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally through radio. When contact with the public is required, the employee must maintain a courteous, helpful attitude.
