Your opportunity: As the Training Delivery Resource Coordinator, you will play a critical role in designing and optimising complex training plans and systems across a large operational rail environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives on proactive planning, leveraging technology to innovate and improve efficiency, and proactively managing interdependent activities to ensure KPIs are met. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including leaders within TSD, Tutor Drivers, Tutor Guards and other business areas, balancing competing priorities while ensuring training delivery is compliant, well sequenced and responsive to business needs.
