Measurement and Insight Lead

Be challenged and imagine with us. As the Measurement and Insight Lead, you will engage with leaders across Digital Technology Solutions to understand their objectives and priorities. You will collaboratively design metrics and key performance indicators that provide visibility into how digital services and products are performing and how they enable strategic objectives. This is more than reporting. You’ll design and embed a measurement framework that drives smarter decision-making, strengthens IT-as-a-business capability, and supports continuous improvement across a complex, evolving environment. Working alongside subject matter experts, you’ll develop innovative approaches to capturing and analysing performance data, transforming it into clear, actionable insights.
