Position Specific Description: The Project Director leads the cross‑functional effort to enable system growth, coordinating generation expansion, transmission expansion, pipeline capacity, and supporting development activities across the enterprise. The role ensures FPL has the cross‑functional alignment required to meet load‑growth objectives. While execution ownership resides with functional groups, this role provides critical program leadership to ensure a unified delivery plan and the enterprise remains on track.
