ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS . - Safety - Follow all Plant Safety Rules and Regulations - Utilize proper PPE at all times - Handle and dispose of hazardous material safely and per policy as outlined by all relevant regulations - Quality - Responsible to produce continuous quality parts and ensure all quality procedures are followed - Compliance to ISO 9001 - Complete Manufacturing/Quality documents - Communicate with internally concerning deviations or general request - Assist in 6s and lean manufacturing practices - Environmental - Verify compliance to local, state, and federal regulations - Complete reports as necessary internally/externally - Primary Production Responsibilities - Independently operate machines, equipment, and produce production parts to required tolerances - Read and comprehend customer specification sheets; anticipate the next order and stage supplies/products as needed - Utilize Company systems for reporting production, scrap, inventory, etc. - Follow direction and product required quantities - Verify drums are completed to daily schedule requirements at an acceptable level of quality - Ensure all shipping materials are used correctly - Ensure drums are loaded correctl...
