They will own the definition, governance, and ongoing monitoring of core KPIs especially churn and ARPU. Building executive-ready dashboards, establishing a consistent operating cadence (weekly/monthly business reviews), and ensuring leaders have clear visibility into performance drivers and risks. The Director will translate business priorities into an analytics roadmap, guide deep-dive analyses (cohort/funnel, segmentation, lifecycle, experimentation measurement), and deliver insights and recommendations that influence strategy and execution.
