We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Manager to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in London. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Business Management: Lead and assist in weekly/monthly global calls and provide updates, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce and Kantata in relation to resourcing, pipeline management, revenue, and cost. Support the CLM business in managing prospective opportunities through to operational engagements. Actively follow up with management and the sales team on renewals, new opportunities, and backfills.
