Connected Technology Manager ( Job Number: 340348 ) Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: - Educate distributors, Factory Direct representatives, and Service Technicians on PACE GPS product. - Execute in-person training and system testing during PACE delivery to customers. - Forecast future needs related to shipments, inventory levels, and fluctuating priorities. - Develop strategies with Sales Reps, Regional Directors, and leadership team to navigate competitive advantages and deal positioning. - Identify process improvements throughout delivery and training activities and establish policies and procedures to provide necessary customer service and promote good customer relations. - Travel throughout assigned territory to provide on-site issue testing and functionality resolutio...
