Compensation Grade: 09 BASIC PURPOSE: Assists in the management of the Bank’s Collateral Documentation area, including the preparation of all member borrowing agreements and other documentation and the filing and maintaining of all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and lien searches for all borrowing members and related affiliates. Additionally, assists in the negotiating, reviewing, and processing of intercreditor agreements and/or releases with other creditors as necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assists in the management of preparing, assembling, processing, and reviewing of member borrowing agreements and other related documentation to ensure that the documentation is complete and accurate. - Assists with the filing and maintaining of Uniform Commercial Code financing statements for all borrowing members and applicable affiliates. - Conducts Uniform Commercial Code lien searches. - Ensures that affiliates pledging collateral are identified, appropriate agreements are properly executed, and timely updates are received showing the specific affiliate collateral items pledged. - Reviews intercreditor agreements and/or releases as necessary. - Assists with the control, in...
