Job Title: Real Estate Asset Manager Department: State Street Investment Management – Real Estate Location: Dublin, Ireland: Purpose of the Role: State Street Investment Management is seeking an experienced real estate professional to join its Real Estate Investment team based in Dublin. The team manages Real Estate Funds with over €1.2bn of assets located in Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe. As an integral member of this specialist team, the role will be to work with the Senior Real Estate Asset Managers in the active management of direct commercial real estate assets within client portfolios, through supporting the Senior Team in overseeing and managing leasing, refurbishments, sustainability projects, rent reviews, lease re-gears, acquisitions, and disposals , working closely with external real estate specialists, including property managers , solicitors, valuers, letting agents, and investment agents. In addition, the role will include analysis and reporting on the overall portfolios , including coordinating strategy reviews to determine hold/sell strategies for each property as well as preparing internal and external presentations.
