Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Housing Authority - Oklahoma City, OK 73117Salary Range: $106,163.00 - $159,245.00 SalarySCOPE: The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader to the Executive Director, driving organizational priorities, enhancing executive decision-making, and ensuring alignment across the Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA). This role functions as an extension of the Executive Director, providing leadership in policy development, cross-functional coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives. The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in strengthening governance, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, advancing strategic partnerships, and improving organizational performance. This position leads complex projects, facilitates communication between the Executive Office, Board of Commissioners, and departments, and ensures the Authority operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with its mission.
