Broadridge is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Console Operator to join our Physical Security Department and support onsite security operations at our El Dorado Hills facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets through diligent monitoring and response activities. The work hours will be the evening shift, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Responsibilities: Monitor and operate the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, event alarms, and access control systems to ensure continuous security coverage. Maintain and update security records, including key control, ID/access badge issuance, electronic inventory logs, and the historical logbook. Oversee and regulate personnel access into the facility to safeguard restricted and sensitive areas. Conduct fire safety inspections and other routine facility checks as directed.
