To support this next chapter, we’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a high-trust, high-impact role at the very centre of the organisation. This is not a traditional support role. As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s strategic execution partner and operational extension, ensuring that Open Cosmos’ priorities are translated into action — and delivered with pace, clarity and discipline. For the first 6 months, you’ll shadow the CEO closely, building deep context, understanding decision-making at the highest level, and helping to drive the business forward.
