This role serves as the primary commercial interface between Nabors operations, customers, and business development leadership. The position combines strong field presence, technical understanding of drilling operations, and commercial leadership to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and convert opportunities into profitable business. The Senior Field Sales Representative is expected to proactively identify market opportunities, support commercial strategy, and ensure strong alignment between field operations and customer expectations. Customer & Strategic Account Engagement: - Maintain strong presence with operators across East and South TX, including customer offices, rig sites, and field locations. - Develop and manage relationships with drilling engineers, drilling superintendents, completions teams, and rig managers. - Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts and drive long-term customer relationships. - Identify upcoming drilling programs and well opportunities where MPD or TRS solutions provide operational or economic value.
