Joint Commission accredited, NGH readily accommodates a wide range of needs from emergency services and acute care to ancillary and ambulatory services. NGH continues to maintain its strong commitment to the healthcare needs of Nashville and Davidson County underserved, while also providing care to all segments of the community Responsibilities: Patient Care: - Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and diagnostic results. - Provide preventive care services, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and health screenings. - Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, and provide ongoing monitoring and treatment. - Address acute medical issues, including infections, injuries, and urgent care needs. - Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
