Business Development & Grid Solutions Assistant Specialist QUALIFICATIONS: Basic of Programming Languages (C, Python, etc ) - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering , - Preferably 1–3 years of experience in the electricity distribution sector (open to Assistant Specialist / early-career profiles), - Basic knowledge of electricity distribution networks , grid operations, and field applications, - Strong interest in Smart Grids , grid technologies , digitalization, and next-generation distribution systems, - Innovative and research-oriented mindset , eager to explore and evaluate new technologies, - Very good command of English , capable of reading technical documents, preparing reports, and delivering presentations, - Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to conduct cost–benefit and efficiency analyses , - Proficient in MS Office applications , especially Excel and PowerPoint , - Preferably experienced with SAP , maintenance tracking systems, or corporate information systems, - Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and eager to learn, - Holder of a Class B driving license , actively able to drive, with no travel restric...
