POSITION SUMMARY: The NCH Director of Pharmacy will lead North Country Healthcare (NCH) Pharmacy Services across the continuum of care, which includes acute care, infusion services, ambulatory care, and liaising with NCH/Maxor retail settings. The NCH Director of Pharmacy will establish and implement the vision for NCH Pharmacy services to maintain and enhance excellence in delivering pharmacy services. This role requires strong business and operational acumen to effectively manage and expand pharmacy services. The NCH Director of Pharmacy will oversee strategic planning, operational management, medication safety and quality, business development, and collaborative partnerships to achieve outstanding patient, clinician, and financial outcomes.
