Description Texas A&M University School of Law invites applications for a faculty (non-tenure-accruing) position in our clinical program. This is a full-time 11-month position and is partially funded by a grant. Applicants will be considered for the faculty title of Senior Lecturer. The anticipated start would be in the spring semester of 2026. The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Lecturer and the Director of the law school’s Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic, part of the IRS Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) program, and will be responsible for all aspects of the clinic. The Senior Lecturer will practice law, work with other clinic attorneys, and teach and supervise clinic students to represent low-income or ESL (English as a Second Language) taxpayers in client matters before the IRS or the U.S. Tax Court.
