Description Community Manager GSF Properties Inc. | Fresno, CA GSF Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic property management team in Fresno, CA. This role oversees a community that includes both tax credit and conventional (market-rate) housing , requiring strong operational, compliance, and leadership skills. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall management, marketing, recertifications, and maintenance of the community while achieving the financial objectives of ownership and ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory and company requirements. This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday , working 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. during winter hours and 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. during summer hours . The pay range for this role is $23.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on experience.
