As a senior leader within the Wealth Management Group this position will interact with various leaders within the Wealth Management Group and executive partners within Northwest Banks Retail, Commercial, Mortgage and Small Business Banking segments to ensure strong cross-referral procedures and deepen revenue opportunities throughout the Northwest Bank organization. This position will also create both internal and external marketing strategies to drive visibility and establish and maintain the P&L aspects associated with this extremely important vertical business.
