Job description

The Operational Controls Program (OCP) is a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative focused on strengthening and sustaining Vanguard’s control environment. OCP identifies, assesses, and improves controls that mitigate high risk exposures across our organization. See the OCP SharePoint for more information. As a Business Project Manager, you will play a key role in advancing OCP objectives by leading complex, multiyear initiatives that drive meaningful change across the organization. This role blends change leadership, project management, and enterprise partnership to help deliver a more resilient, sustainable risk and control ecosystem. Responsibilities: Manages projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
