Overview TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), is seeking a C ommercial Title Examiner/Searcher to join our Georgia team. In this fulltime role, you are responsible for delivering accurate, high quality commercial title reports while maintaining strong productivity standards. This role requires evaluating risk and liabilities for complex transactions in accordance with policy provisions and providing final title products based on verified facts and documentation. Georgia search/examine experience is preferred. LOCATION• Remote - must be US based. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered. Duties: - In compliance with company policies, underwriting standards and regulatory requirements, conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations by analyzing public records to determine ownership, chain of title and matters affecting title including deeds, mortgages, liens and other relevant documents.• Clearly explain title exceptions, requirements, conditions and other matters impacting commercial title and insurability.• Identify and assess title risks, liabilities and insurability concerns; perform curative research; recommend solutions to...
