About the Role Demand for Chime Workplace continues to grow rapidly among the nation’s largest employers, and we’re expanding our Strategic Accounts team to support this momentum. We’re seeking a seasoned enterprise sales leader to drive adoption of Chime Workplace within organizations of 50,000+ employees. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you’ll lead complex, strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 companies—partnering closely with senior decision-makers to integrate financial access and wellness into their workforce strategies. This role is particularly well suited for enterprise sellers with experience in earned wage access or adjacent financial solutions who understand the nuances of this evolving space and are excited to help shape its next phase of growth. You’ll operate at executive levels, build long-term partnerships, and help deliver meaningful financial progress to millions of employees. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $140,000 and up to $175,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
