About You: A kind & empathetic person who is genuinely dedicated to helping people and can mentor and train workers in basic skills. You will have a trade background, strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders. About the Role: As the Work for the Dole Supervisor, you will coordinate, supervise, motivate and mentor program participants within Work for the Dole project. You will build relationships on a local and regional basis to assist you in the performance of your role and work closely with your teams.
