Description SUMMARY: The Industrial Battery Delivery Driver will report to the Atlanta branch daily to prepare and load trucks for pickup and delivery to customer locations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivery and pickup of Industrial Batteries and Chargers Transport Batteries and Chargers between branches in Suwanee, Atlanta, and Augusta Loading and unloading, as well as securing palletized loads Removing and installing batteries in forklifts for swap out Responsible for general care and cleanliness of company vehicle Completing daily DOT vehicle inspections: Reporting vehicle maintenance needs to service manager Forklift operation: Requirements: SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle with an excellent driving record. - Ability to safely lift, load and secure forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed. - Knowledge of geographical area and ability to navigate. - Strong customer relation skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Highly motivated and energetic. - Responsible for general care and cleanliness of company vehicle. - Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain forklift certification - Ability to operate box tru...
