Engineering Manager

About the role We're opportunistically hiring an engineering manager focused on product engineering. For this role, you MUST start off as an IC, and you MUST write code. As Replo grows, so will your scope. You’ll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and define best practices across the team. This will evolve into managing teams and working directly with the co-founders, while shipping great products and staying close to the code. Responsibilities: Lead and grow a team of exceptional engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed and thrive. Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to prioritize work and deliver solutions that drive real impact. Own project execution end-to-end — planning, architecture, and delivery — while maintaining high quality and predictable timelines. Collaborate with high-visibility teams and stakeholders to drive critical product and platform initiatives forward. Provide hands-on technical leadership, from system architecture and design to incident response and roadmap definition.
