Location: ER Bonus: $ Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $80,500 Salary Maximum: $108,000 Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics . We are actively seeking a n Agile Coach - Engineering to work with our Engineering teams at our Santa Barbara office. The mission of the role is to focus Engineering Development teams on the highest priority work, as identified by Product Management, and to enact efficiency to rapidly provide Arthrex with the most valuable output for the investment in Engineering resources. Ideally, the successful candidate will need some exposure to Agile practices along with a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
