As a teammate in the Alamo Service Bar, core responsibilities include the preparation of drinks in accordance with our recipes, while maintaining Alamo Drafthouse standards of service and presentation, including prompt delivery.. A successful production bar crew will ensure that everything is in order – from daily station set-up and prep, to upholding the highest health and safety kitchen standards by maintaining a clean bar area.
