Description Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is excited to expand to Ottawa, IL and is hiring a Parts, Service & Rental Manager to lead operations at a new branch opening in Spring/Summer of 2026. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall performance of the service, parts, and rental departments . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support for heavy-duty compact equipment throughout the Chicagoland area. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations: - Lead and oversee daily operations of the parts, service, and rental departments. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and support needs. - Promote a positive, professional, and safety-focused workplace culture.
