Senior Nuclear Applications Engineer

Job description

Located in Mansfield, MA, this exciting role requires a unique combination of technical proficiency with sales focus. The successful candidate will possess a solid technical foundation in safety-related ASME (and related) codes and valve design knowledge as well as skills in developing cost estimates, production schedules and collaborative relationships with supporting functions to prepare complex equipment and service quotations for new construction nuclear power plant projects. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Interact with industry leaders and joint identification of future nuclear qualified material and product needs. - Timely estimation of product and services costs on safety-related valve and associated products and related services for the commercial nuclear power industry. - Develop processes and procedures to ensure best estimates of costs and lead times are delivered in a timely manner to customers for projects in the nuclear industry. - Interact with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Project Management to support all requirements for information or submittals for new build nuclear projects. - Provide check points via contact with Outside Sales and Ope...
