Harvey Waste & Recycling has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in New Bedford, MA. Hours: Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour plus commission incentive Position Overview: The Inside Sales /Broker Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales in our disposal and recycling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a customer-first mentality. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Prospect and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Account Management : Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns or service-related issues.
