Job Title: Registered Nurse - GI/Endoscopy Department: GI/Endocopy - Periop Department: Location: Rochester General Hospital: Hours Per Week: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Schedule: DAYS, Monday-Friday, On-Call Requirements: SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’re the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our GI Endoscopy Department. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care during gastrointestinal procedures, including endoscopies and colonoscopies. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for procedures, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting physicians during the procedures. You will also educate patients and their families about pre- and post-procedure care, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
