Location Kilkenny, County Kilkenny: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced hygiene professional with strong leadership capability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset: - Proven experience in a hygiene leadership role within food manufacturing - Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and audit requirements (BRC or similar) - Confident team leader with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others - Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proactive and resilient, with a continuous improvement mindset - Good IT skills (Excel, Word, email) - Experience within meat or high-risk food environments (advantageous) - Food Science or related qualification (desirable) Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
