This position reports to management within the estimating department and manage exiting estimating assistant employee. QualificationsWork Authorization Requirements Must be eligible to work in the United States Duties/Responsibilities: Work closely with other estimators, business development managers, project managers, construction managers, engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on their understanding of the scope-of-work, changes, RFI’s, and adjustments to cost estimates prior to proposal Perform quantity takeoff surveys, attend pre-bid meetings, provide detailed information to management and peer review team in finalizing estimates and proposals.
