Team Members at Sbarro are responsible for delivering fast, friendly service and preparing high-quality food in a clean, team-oriented environment. Whether working in the kitchen or at the front counter, each team member plays a key role in providing a great guest experience. Qualifications: - Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. - Take orders and operate the cash register accurately. - Prepare pizzas, pasta, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. - Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in all work areas. - Restock and prep food items to ensure availability during busy periods. - Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. - Follow company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines. - Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. - No experience required—training provided. - Must be 16 years or older (age requirement may vary by state). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. - Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
