PAY RANGE: $77,000 - $87,000 / Annually POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Director of Development Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership as well as long- and short-term planning for development operations, gift processing, data management, reporting, analytics, data presentation, system configuration, data integrity, intra- and inter-departmental communications, project management, budget tracking, and related activities. This role sets the direction for operational functions within the Development Department. Working cross-departmentally, they ensure a strong infrastructure that assists in the ongoing success of the development department in its mission to maximize philanthropy and build relationships for the YMCA of Honolulu.
