Description Affinity Waste Solutions is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Director of Sales to lead our Texas regional sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market share. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, guide the sales team, and implement innovative strategies that ensure continued growth and exceptional customer satisfaction within the multifamily industry. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets, expand market presence, and maximize revenue for Affinity Waste Solutions services. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance management to achieve and exceed individual and team goals. KPI Management: Monitor key performance metrics including unit capture, contract cancellations, bulk collection, unit rate, and concession months.
