Product R&D’s RF Test division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Group Manager to lead our talented Digital engineering team in Austin, TX. This high impact role is responsible for both people management and technical execution for the design and development of next generation RF Test and Measurement instrumentation. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Engineers, fostering an engaged, high ‑ trust environment that supports growth, strong execution, and continuous improvement. Drive performance, compensation, and recognition processes while empowering the team through ongoing coaching and career development that builds capability and future leadership. Allocate resources to meet project roadmap, scope, and budgets, ensuring alignment between team capacity and business priorities.
