Accelerate engineering and IT productivity by embedding AI into daily workflows, with a strong focus on GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted DevOps, testing automation and IT Operations (AIOps). The role is hands-on and outcome-driven, focused on adoption, measurable impact, and scale. YOUR ROLE: - Drive real-world adoption of GitHub Copilot (SpecKit/ OpenSpec MCP servers etc knowledge) across engineering teams - Define best-practice usage for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and reviews - Apply AI to IT Ops use cases: incident analysis, log analysis, root cause identification - Automate operational runbooks and repetitive IT tasks - Improve CI/CD pipelines and overall developer experience - Run workshops, labs, coaching sessions, and support hackathons and pilots YOUR PROFILE: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information T...
