$1,800 Sign-on bonus payable over the first 6 months of employment! Service provision for persons served: - Facilitate day to day programming options for persons served. Ensure that people receive programming options that are person-centered, age appropriate and community focused. - Act as the designated programming coordinator for the center. Meet with individuals and groups to find out what they want to learn about. Use that information to develop programming within the center. - As appropriate work cooperatively with other MSS staff and community employers to ensure that the person served has a successful outcome. - Provide day-to-day program coordination and services for persons served. Ensure that people receive services that are person-centered, age appropriate and community focused. - In cooperation with other Support Team members, develop, record and implement CSSP-A’s, SMA’s, IAPPs, ISP's and other plans in a timely manner. Attend and participate in the Support Team Meetings for assigned persons.
